Wholesale Terms
Minimum Order
$250 wholesale value for first orders. $150 minimum for reorders.
Pricing
Standard wholesale pricing is 50% off retail. Volume discounts available for larger orders.
Payment
New accounts: Payment due upon ordering. We accept credit cards, ACH, and check.
Established accounts: After three prepaid orders with a satisfactory payment history, you may apply for Net 30 terms. Credit approval is based on references and order history. Initial credit limits typically start at $500 and increase over time.
Early payment discount: 2% discount on Net 30 invoices paid within 10 days.
Shipping
Wholesale orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping costs calculated based on weight and destination. Free shipping on wholesale orders over $500.
Lead Time
Please allow 10–14 business days for wholesale order production, plus shipping time. Rush orders may be accommodated with advance notice—please inquire.

Do you offer exclusive territories?
Not at this time. However, we try to limit saturation in small markets and are happy to discuss your area.
Can I request custom labels or private labeling?
Custom branding is available for orders of 100+ units per SKU. Contact us for details and pricing.
Do you offer samples?
Sample packs are available for qualified retailers at 50% off retail plus shipping. Samples are credited toward your first wholesale order.
What's your return policy for wholesale?
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders except for damaged or defective products. Please inspect orders upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days.
Can I sell online?
Yes, with restrictions. Wholesale partners may sell through their own website but may not sell on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc.) without written permission. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy applies.
