Shipping Information
Production Time
All Unicorn Fairy Circles candles are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships. This ensures you receive a freshly poured candle that hasn't been sitting on a shelf.
For large orders (10+ candles), production may take up to 10 business days. We'll contact you if there are any unexpected delays.
Shipping Methods & Times
Standard Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)
- $8.95 flat rate for orders under $75
- FREE for orders $75 and over
- Delivery: 3-5 business days after shipping
Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express)
- $24.95 flat rate
- Delivery: 1-2 business days after shipping
Note: Expedited shipping speeds delivery once the package ships, but does not reduce production time.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven't received this email within 10 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then contact us.
Shipping During Hot Weather
Beeswax has a higher melting point than soy or paraffin, but extreme heat can still affect candles in transit. During summer months (June-September), we may:
- Ship early in the week to avoid weekend warehouse storage
- Include cold packs for orders going to extremely hot regions
- Recommend expedited shipping for heat-sensitive areas
If your candle arrives softened or misshapen due to heat, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
Due to the handmade, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Scent preferences
- Ordering the wrong size or product
We want you to love your candles! If you're unsure which product is right for you, please contact us before ordering and we'll help you choose.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Description of the issue
We'll either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
What Qualifies as Defective?
- Cracked or broken jars/containers
- Significant shipping damage
- Wick problems that prevent burning
- Major cosmetic defects
What Doesn't Qualify?
- Minor cosmetic variations (these are handmade, small differences are normal)
- Natural characteristics of beeswax (slight color variations, natural honey scent)
- Herb particles visible in wax (this is intentional)
- Scent being subtler than expected (we use real herbs, not fragrance oils)
Cancellations & Modifications
Can I cancel my order?
Since production begins quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel. After 24 hours, your candle may already be in production and cancellation may not be possible.
Can I modify my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production, we can usually make changes. Once production begins, modifications aren't possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it becomes your responsibility. We are not responsible for:
- Packages stolen from porches or mailboxes
- Packages delivered to wrong addresses due to customer error
- Packages lost by the carrier after showing "delivered"
If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look in unusual spots (back porch, garage, bushes)
- Contact your local post office
- File a claim with USPS
We recommend using a secure delivery location if package theft is common in your area.
