Unicorn Fairy Circles LLC maintains a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to protect the integrity of our brand and ensure fair competition among our authorized retail partners. This policy applies to all wholesale partners selling our products online.
Why MAP Matters
Our handcrafted beeswax candles represent hours of careful work, quality ingredients, and intentional design. Consistent pricing protects the perceived value of these products and supports retailers who invest in customer education, beautiful displays, and personalized service rather than racing to the bottom on price.
Policy Summary
What's covered: All online advertising of products bearing the Unicorn Fairy Circles name, logo, or branding.
What's not covered: In-store pricing, private-label products purchased without our branding.
Your MAP: The retail price listed on your wholesale invoice at the time of purchase. This makes compliance simple—your invoice is your reference.
Key Points
Online sales must be advertised at or above the retail price shown on your invoice for those specific units.
In-store sales are entirely at your discretion. Run sales, offer discounts, price however you like.
Bundling is permitted as long as the individual candle is not listed below MAP.
Non-price incentives like free shipping are always allowed.
Private-label products (ordered without Unicorn Fairy Circles branding) are not subject to MAP. Price them however you choose.
What's Not Permitted
- Advertising branded products online below MAP
- "Call for price," "too low to display," or similar circumvention language
- Striking through higher prices to emphasize below-MAP discounts
Enforcement
We monitor online pricing periodically and understand that mistakes happen. Our goal is partnership, not punishment.

We reserve the right to skip steps for egregious or willful violations.

This is a unilateral policy established by Unicorn Fairy Circles LLC, not a contract or agreement. We may modify or discontinue this policy at any time. Retailers choose whether to carry our products under these terms.
